Iconic grain elevators are becoming an increasingly rare sight in Southern Alberta, but thanks to the Canadian Grain Elevator Discovery Centre in Nanton, you can still learn about these beautiful structures.

Learn all about the history of grain elevators and their relationship to the railway systems and Alberta’s pioneers. The Centre has a number of historic artifacts on display, plus a gift shop full of work from local artists.
