I remember going to the Ice Magic Festival at Lake Louise when I was a kid. Sadly enough I think the last time I went I was about 10 years old. I was determined we were going to go this year. We missed the weekend when all the activities are happening and went on Monday, without the entertainment but also without the crowds. Here are some of the photos of our visit.

The 2013 Ice Magic Festival is happening until January 27th. Little Chippers Weekend on Saturday, January 26th and Sunday, January 27th are the best days to go with kids. There will an Ice Playground set up with a slide and tunnel for kids to play on, ice carving demos and skating with the Ice Queen (bring your skates!) There will also be indoor activities in the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise including face painting, crafts and a magic show!
