For the second year, The Hangar invites you to celebrate Mother’s Day with them for a lively, interactive day.
The Hangar Flight Museum is home to Canada’s Aviation Hall of Fame. You’ll be inspired by true stories of the men and women who pioneered aviation history in Canada. Aviation history comes to life here, with many historically significant and technologically intriguing aircraft. Learn the stories of the trailblazers who reached for the impossible and discover the pioneers who adapted aircraft for trade and recreation. Be inspired by the heroes who fought for Canada from the skies or by adventurers who set their sights on outer space. Anyone who dreams of the skies will be inspired here!
Mother’s Day is May 11, 2025, and The Hangar Flight Museum welcomes you to make new memories with your family as you explore the past, present, and future of aviation history! Thoughts of flying have always fascinated humankind, and even young kids get excited to see airplanes up close! Moms can connect with their kids through the science and history of flight.
WP Puppet Theatre will also be there for a charming puppet experience with one performance in the morning and one in the afternoon. Don’t forget to write a special ‘air-mail’ to Mom before you leave!
