The lights, sounds, and crowds of the museum can be too overwhelming for some – but the Royal Alberta Museum has come up with a special solution. Visit one of the museum’s Sensory Sundays! This event occurs from 8 to 10 am on select Sundays – before the museum is open to the public. Noise and lighting levels will be kept lower and there will be a sensory room set up for visitors. Pre-registration is no longer required for these events. Regular museum admission rates apply and will be charged upon arrival. Sensory Sunday is included for Mammoth Pass holders.
