Family-Friendly Events Happening This March in Halifax and Beyond!

Delightful Downtown (February 1 – March 20): De-light-ful lights on winter nights! Downtown Halifax is shining bright with DELIGHTFUL DOWNTOWN.

Sackville Sandwich Week (March 4-11): Visit any (or all!) of the participating restaurants serving up specially crafted sandwiches for a great cause. Visit 3 locations for your chance to win a family membership to the Sackville Sports Stadium!

Mini Pops Live (March 4): Canada’s best-selling kid’s music group, the Mini Pop Kids, will be bringing their talents to the stage of the Rebecca Cohn Auditorium, LIVE in Halifax, performing family-friendly versions of the year’s biggest hits.

Atlantic Outdoor Sports and RV Show (March 10-12):  Get inspired for summer in the great outdoors! If you like hiking, camping, and outdoor adventures, you will find it all at the Sports and RV Show.

Home Depot Workshop for Kids (March 11):Looking for a fun activity for Saturday morning? Bring your kids (aged 5-12 years) to the Home Depot Workshop for Kids – a FREE kids workshop! Each month there is a new project for the kids to create, using wood, hammers, and glue.

March Break at Hatfield Farm (March 13-17): Calling all Cowpokes! Hatfield Farms has three Family Roundups each day of the week during March Break. Did someone say all-you-can-eat hot dogs?

The Spring Vintage Show(March 25-26):Join the region’s best vintage and antiques sellers over a 2 day sale. Find the best best collections of housewares, jewelry, clothing, furniture, toys and so much more.
