Saskatoon Fringe Festival (July 31 – August 9, 2025)
Find the weird and the wonderful during the first week of August! Stop by and be amazed at the Saskatoon Fringe Festival. There will be plays to watch, food to eat and an amazing kids’ area.

Manitou Beach Chainsaw Carving Event (August 7-10, 2025)
Check out what the BUZZ is all about. The Manitou Beach Chainsaw Carving Event is back! This is a professional chainsaw carving event with amazing carvers, and fun throughout the weekend!
Saskatchewan Open Farm Days (August 9-10, 2025)
Saskatchewan Open Farm Days is an event that comes once a year to explore local farms to celebrate and learn about Saskatchewan Agriculture.
Folkfest 2025 (August 15-16, 2025)
One more amazing summer festival is back for it’s 46th year! Travel the world without leaving Saskatoon this August.
Art in the Park Summer Festivals (August 17, 2025)
Don’t forget to check out Art in the Park in Saskatoon. The last festival is at Wallace Park.
Aviation Days (August 23-24, 2025)
Join the Saskatchewan Aviation Museum for Aviation Days and watch history take flight! Dive into Saskatchewan’s history and learn about aviation pioneers and one-of-a-kind artifacts.
Trucktastic! Children’s Expo (August 23, 2025)
Explore mega-construction equipment, ambulances, fire engines, monster trucks and more! Kids can get up close and personal with the fascinating equipment and large vehicles.
Ukrainian Day in the Park (August 30, 2025)
Ukrainian Day in the Park will be a one-day, free, family-friendly outdoor festival that focuses on Ukrainian Canadian culture. Make sure to check out the bonus night programming.
ZooVentures: Creature Close-ups (Every Saturday and Sunday in August, 2025)
Get closer than ever: Unleash your inner animal lover. The Saskatoon Zoo Society’s ZooVentures: Creature Close-ups will take you behind-the-scenes at the Zoo. You can choose your own adventure and pick the experience you want.
Shake it Up This Year At Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan (On until August 24, 2025)
The amazing Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan continues through August. Make sure to stop by for great performances in a beautiful spot.
