Don’t be turned off by the “bar” in the name of the Flying Beaver Bar & Grill; this is a great family-friendly restaurant. Perched on the water in Richmond, the Flying Beaver Bar is the restaurant inside the flying terminal for the Harbour Seaplanes. There are windows galore from which to watch the float planes take off and land.
The adult menu is extensive and yummy. The kids’ menus has 3 items: fish & chips; chicken fingers & fries; cheese pizza. Each item is $6.50. The kids are given a plane to colour and new crayons which they are welcome to take home. Don’t forget to get your Flying Beaver card stamped. After 10 meals you get the 11th one FREE!
