Talk about a full-body experience. From the stunning visuals to the soul-filling music, Imagine Van Gogh is an immersive experience like none I’ve ever experienced.
To be honest I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when visiting Imagine Van Gogh. I’d read the website, I’d seen photos of friends’ visits, but I was still unclear. Now that I’ve been I understand why I was confused. Imagine Van Gogh is an experience. You have to experience it. Photos and stories from others just don’t cut it. You need to read the life of Van Gogh, you need to have your ears saturated with stunning pieces of classic music, you need your eyes to revel in the awesomeness of his paintings. You really need to walk through the experience yourself to truly understand the full impact of Imagine Van Gogh.
Imagine Van Gogh has, justifiably, been the must-do attraction this summer. The success of the event has resulted in repeated date extensions, but there are no more extensions left. The art-infused experience is open until October 31, 2021. Get your tickets, you won’t be disappointed!
Be dazzled by 7 metres tall reproductions of Van Gogh’s most famous works. The massive size of the artwork allows you to feel immersed in the post-impressionist paintings. Some of the art is projected onto 3D shapes resulting in the pieces taking on new angles bringing new dimension to the well-known creations. Other than the paintings, there is no light in the exhibition. The illuminated pieces dazzle from the darkness.

Please ensure you arrive promptly at the start time as indicated on your ticket. We cannot guarantee entry for guests who arrive late.
Masks are mandatory at all times within the Vancouver Convention Centre.
Imagine Van Gogh is a cashless exhibit.
Tips for families:
Teach your child a bit about Van Gogh before heading to the exhibit.
Get a few books out from the library and read them together.
Spend a few nights looking at some of Van Gogh’s most famous paintings (eg sunflowers, lilies, cherry blossoms, haystacks, self-portraits).
