With a combined cast and orchestra of 52 the production of The Phantom of the Opera wowed on opening night in Vancouver. From the spine-tingling vocals of the Phantom (played by Derrick Davis) to the opulent and dazzling performance of Masquerade, Cameron Mackintosh’s spectacular new production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera is a phenomenal musical success.

Get ready for a bigger and better production than any you have ever seen! Everything is grander. Eye-popping costuming, dazzling staging, visually stunning choreography, and unforgettable pyrotechnics.

The Phantom of the Opera tells the story of a masked figure who lurks beneath the catacombs of the Paris Opera House, exercising a reign of terror over all who inhabit it. He falls madly in love with an innocent young soprano, Christine (played byKatie Travis), and devotes himself to creating a new star by nurturing her extraordinary talents and by employing all of the devious methods at his command. Lloyd Webber’s score includes the beloved songs “Music of the Night,” “Think of Me” and “All I Ask of You.”
