The Airdrie Pro Rodeo was created in 1967 to celebrate Canada’s Centennial, and it takes place this year from June 27 – July 1, 2026.
It begins on June 27 and 28, 2026, with the free Rocky View Junior Rodeo starting at 4 PM, for a family-friendly event that’s perfect for little cowboys and cowgirls. Donations support the Airdrie Food Bank. The rodeo continues on June 29 – July 1, 2026, with top-level rodeo athletes competing. After each performance, families can stop by the lively beer gardens, where children are welcome until 11 PM.
