Armed with nets and buckets, prepare to get a bit muddy as you search for and identify the critters who make their home in our wetlands. Dipping is easy; all you do is dip a vessel beneath the water’s surface and find out what – or who – is in there. This is a great summertime activity to satisfy a kid’s natural curiosity!

This programmer-led activity is about 45 minutes long and lets you dive deeper and learn about the often-missed little creatures.

Pre-registration is required for this program. To register, head to the website. If you have any questions, call 403-297-6561 or email bow.habitat@gov.ab.ca. All equipment is provided and rubber boots are highly recommended!

Cost: $4 per person, plus taxes; free for children 3 & under.
