Armed with nets and buckets, prepare to get a bit muddy as you search for and identify the critters who make their home in our wetlands. Dipping is easy; all you do is dip a vessel beneath the water’s surface and find out what – or who – is in there. This is a great summertime activity to satisfy a kid’s natural curiosity!
This programmer-led activity is about 45 minutes long and lets you dive deeper and learn about the often-missed little creatures.
No registration is required but spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. All equipment is provided. Rubber boots are highly recommended.
Cost: $4 per person, plus taxes; free for children 3 & under.
