The Calgary Farmers’ Market has two locations, one in the south and one in the west. Besides offering Calgarians the best local food and products, it’s also an experience. It’s a place to meet friends and family, and a place to make new friends with your local tomato farmer or jewellery maker. Their family-friendly facilities feature an indoor playground and a dynamic food court, and they often host special seasonal events.

From fresh fruit and veggies, bursting with local flavour, to supporting local businesses and purchasing unique, handmade items, the Calgary Farmers’ Market is where Calgarians can find the best local food and products! And it’s also the place to enjoy special events year-round.

Farm Fresh Festival

The Calgary Farmers’ Market is hosting the Farm Fresh Festival this July, for FREE Stampede-themed family fun! The first 200 guests will receive a FREE pulled pork BBQ lunch from Big T’s BBQ + Cherry Pit produce (served at noon, while supplies last). Watch rope demos and a bootmaking demo by Calgary Stampede Princess Bootmaker Colin Wintz. Join the Corn Shucking Contest and the Lil’ Buckaroo’s scavenger hunt. Enjoy live music, farm games, and photo ops for an easy, fun, Stampede-style day!
