Celebrate this Canada Day, King Eddy-style, with live music! The King Eddy is presenting No Cover Canada Day, a family-friendly bash in celebration of Canada’s birthday. From 11 am until closing time, the main floor and rooftop will be filled with live tunes.
Catch Cree/Métis blues-rocker Bebe Buckskin, country-rock artist Devin Cooper, old-time banjoist and songwriter Amy Nelson, and Franco-Albertan singer-songwriter Pierre Sabourin on the Eddy’s main floor. If you’re looking for some live music with a side of sunshine, head on up to the rooftop terrace for tunes from jazz pianist Timothonius, and alternative R&B artist ZENON.
There will be no cover fee all day, and it’s open to music lovers of all ages.
In addition to the performances, the King Eddy kitchen will be serving up comfort-food classics, appies, and vegetarian options.
