Hit the Links With Your Kids During City of Calgary Family Golf Nights (Kids Golf Free!)

Get your kids interested in hitting the links this summer with the City of Calgary’s Family Golf Nights! Junior golfers (age 6-17) can enjoy a free round of golf (nine holes) when accompanied by a paying adult (there must be at least one adult per foursome). The program runs between 5 pm and closing most Saturdays in July and August with nights rotating between the McCall Par 3, Richmond Green, and Lakeview Golf Courses.

Book your tee time through the City of Calgary website or by calling 403-221-3510 no more than four days in advance. Golf club rentals are available, so don’t let a lack of gear stop you!

Big Cup golf will be offered during the Richmond and McCall Par 3 Family Nights. Along with a regular hole on each green, there will also be an 8-inch hole you can choose to putt into. Just another element of fun to the game of golf and great for kids.

Please note: children under the age of 6 are not permitted on these golf courses.

There is a golf pro onsite offering free golfing tips between 5 and 7 pm.

Also, from July 2 – 7, 2019, is Take a Kid to the Course Week at McCall Lake Par 3 & Richmond Green. Free golf will be available to all juniors 6 – 17 years at McCall Lake Par 3 and Richmond Green, when accompanied by one paying adult (there must be at least one adult per foursome).
