Glenbow Ranch is a great natural space located between Calgary and Cochrane. The park is an ideal place to get outside and enjoy the fresh air, with almost 30 km of trails throughout the park. (The main paved pathway is part of the Trans-Canada Trail system.) Some scheduled programs are occasionally offered, such as kid-friendly golf cart tours.
July 11, 2026: Glenbow Ranch Celebrates Stampede
Plan a day of family fun at Glenbow Ranch for a Stampede celebration from 10 AM – 4 PM! You can explore the park, check out local organizations, and enjoy a variety of activities. BBQ vouchers will be available for purchase, and kid-friendly fun, like face painting and glitter tattoos, will be available for a small fee.
