The Active Learning Park consists of 3 kilometres of trails connecting 36 acres of exhibits that teach kids (and parents!) about animals, insects, and agriculture, while they’re climbing a giant spider web, exploring a 4-story ant farm, or sliding down a corkscrew slide from an apple tree. Kids love exploring the blind-as-a-bat maze, jumping on the lily pad trampolines, and whizzing down the zip lines. Granary Road is also a working farm, with goats, alpacas, and more animals to love.

Birthday Parties

Birthday parties at Granary Road are fun, easy, and a great deal! For only $159.95 (+GST), your birthday child and their nine guests (children or adults) can play all day — or at least until they wear themselves out, whichever comes first! Everything is larger than life in the Active Learning Park and even adults will want to join in the fun to run, climb, jump, and explore the fantastic exhibits. Every guest will also have their own food to feed the goats, but watch out because the goats like to ‘butt’ their way into the party!

The party includes reserved seating at a picnic table for snacks, cake, and presents, plus mini candy bags for each guest. You could also add on a Granary Road Rover Wagon ride (perfect for when little legs start to tire) or a round of mini golf. The digital Granary Road party invites also make it easy to let everyone know about your terrific party.

What Else?

Parents will enjoy the party, too, because Granary Road keeps it simple. You can even arrange food from the market vendors, from pizza to BBQ, French fries, salads, and more. Do you have more than 10 guests? That’s no problem, as you can just purchase extra tickets. The time of your party reservation is only for the Birthday Party Table, so feel free to come early and stay late! Pack a cooler for any food you bring in and be prepared to walk to your reserved table at the scheduled time.
