Just 15 minutes west of the town of Sylvan Lake is Kuriakos, a faith-based camp that celebrates belonging, growth, and togetherness. From games and creative arts to fun on the water and adventure in the treetops, kids love their week at Kuriakos summer camps!
Kuriakos has been serving the community and offering summer adventures for over 90 years. In 1931, 17 acres of lakefront land became the base for Kuriakos and it has continued to grow ever since. Lots has changed since then, of course, but the mission has never changed. Kuriakos exists to provide an outdoor space where people can encounter God, through activity, community, and worship.
Summer camps at Kuriakos are more than just summer fun — although there’s plenty of that! A week of camp teaches skills that are essential for life and provides experiences that you won’t find anywhere else. They focus on relationships, and the values of belonging, growth, and togetherness, leaving an impact on your child for years to come. Kids will learn new skills, makes friends, develop faith, and have fun outside.
