Juvenescence Summer Camps Will Give Your Kids a Wonderful Story to Tell

Summer stories are the best: we love hearing our kids tell us about new friends, cool activities, and exciting adventures. If you’re looking for a place where your child can play, explore their interests, and have fun in a safe environment, then you’re looking for Juvenescence Child Development Centre. Juvenescence has summer camps for school-age kids filled with creative activities, recreation, field trips, and connection. Give your child a wonderful story to tell this summer!

Jennifer Bulmer founded Juvenescence in 2010. Her vision was to create an excellent childcare program filled with fun, engagement, and belonging. With a culture of excellence, Juvenescence fosters relationships with parents and the community while placing the interests of children first. They hold the highest standard of integrity and treat everyone with respect and dignity. They hope to help families raise confident individuals who are problem solvers, risk-takers, and caring citizens of their community. Their vision is to change the way the community perceives youth by providing a solid foundation for youth leadership.

Juvenescence summer camps, at Acadia Recreation Centre, are offered for kids aged 5 to 12. Camps start as early as 7 AM and run until 6 PM, making drop-off and pick-up so convenient for parents. All staff are certified in Early Childhood Education, have First Aid, and have Criminal Record Checks. It’s a safe place for your kids to go! As a childcare centre, families can also save with subsidies and affordability grants.

Summer camps at Juvenescence are jam-packed with all the things that kids love. Weekly activities include art, outdoor and water play, science, games, field trips, and special theme-based activities. Kids will have a variety of activities to choose from, with lots of opportunities to make and play with friends, in large groups and small groups, and with leader-directed activities. They’ll get to explore all the fun that Calgary has to offer, as well, with tons of field trips and special guests. The summer schedule includes exciting themes and activities like Covert Ops, Farmstead Adventures, Creative Expressions, and Science Unleashed. There will also be Outlaws and Legends, Passport to Culture, Foodie Fun Lab, and more. It’s shaping up to be an epic Calgary summer!
