Breaking News! We’ve heard of a few locations that are offering free (or cheaper) kids’ meals on Halloween!
As always, check with the location for confirmation. There is normally an age limit for the kids, and a purchase is required. Here’s what we’ve heard:
🎃 Holy Shakes: Kids in costume eat free from October 30 – 31, 2026.
🎃 IHOP: Kids 12 and under get a free Scary Face Pancake from October 26 – 31, 2026.
🎃 Made by Marcus: Kids in costume get a free kids’ scoop on October 31, 2026, and no purchase necessary.
🎃 Prestopie Pizzeria: Kids dressed in costume will get a free kids’ meal and a trick-or-treat bag on October 31, 2026.
🎃 Red Lobster: Kids in costume eat free from October 30 – November 1, 2026.
🎃 Spot On Kitchen and Bar: Kids eat free on October 31, 2026.
(In past years, kids 12 and under could get an A&W Halloween Kids’ Pack Offer, but we haven’t found confirmation yet that it’s coming to Calgary.)
Eating out is one of life’s pleasures, but when you’ve got extra mouths to feed, restaurant meals can get very expensive, very quickly. Thankfully, some restaurants in town offer deals for kids on certain days! As a rule, enjoying a free kid’s meal requires the purchase of an adult meal. Here’s our round-up of when and where kids can eat for free (or cheap) in Calgary.
Please note: This list is only to the best of our knowledge, as offers frequently change. Check with the restaurant to avoid disappointment. If you can help us keep this list updated, email us at calgary@familyfuncanada.com.
