Pumphouse Park, near the Pumphouse Theatre, is a lovely spot along the Bow River. With green spaces, gathering places, a playground, and pathways, it has become a popular place to visit.
Significant improvements have been made to this park, and on June 25, 2026, everyone is invited to a free community event to celebrate the park’s reopening. After a short opening ceremony, enjoy a live performance by Untold Stories Theatre, a tour of Calgary’s historic Pumphouse Theatre, food trucks and food giveaways, and family games.
