My 6 year-old asked one day if she could do yoga. I was confused, but wasn’t about to say no, so I pulled out an old yoga DVD. “No, Mom! Not that. I said, YOGA. Like with Pokémon.” Hmmm. I had to ask, “Where did you do this yoga with Pokémon?” She told me she had done it at her friends house. After a few texts back and forth with the friend’s mom, I uncovered Cosmic Kids Yoga on YouTube and we do enjoy a session from time to time. The British instructor is always colourful and each episode has a different kid-friendly theme. I’m thinking Cosmic Kids Yoga will make for a few great body breaks in the upcoming weeks and months.
