What is Halloweekends?

Halloweekends at Calaway Park is one last taste of the summer fun we love, topped with Halloween excitement! Fall passes in a blink, so you need to enjoy the moments — and make the most of that Halloween costume! And parents, you don’t have to leave the fun to the kids. You can all dress up in your favourite family-appropriate attire and enjoy tricks, treats, and spooktacular rides.

You can check it out every Saturday and Sunday (plus Thanksgiving Monday) from September 5 to October 12, 2026. The south side of Calaway Park is transformed into Hallotown, with different scenes and activities. Do you dare stroll through it? Of course! It’s not scary; it’s friendly family fun!

There’s so much to do at Halloweekends!

Activities include fun photo opportunities, Magical Meet & Greets at the Enchanted Forest Experience from 12 – 3:15 PM and the Halloweekends Parade: Calaway Park’s Spooktacular Spectacle at 3:30 PM. Of course, all the summer fun you love from Calaway Park is still available. Explore Hallotown and enjoy 32 rides, live entertainment, Cinemagic 3D, the Haunted Hotel, games, treats, and so much more!

One Halloweekend will be even more exciting: be sure to stop by the Boo Crew Costume Party for a Halloweekends BOOnanza on September 12 – 13, 2026. This is the 10th anniversary of the Boo Crew Costume Party, and Calaway Park’s Boo Crew are waiting for you to explore Hallotown. Dress in costume and experience Calaway Park like never before. Activities include the Boo Crew Spooktacular Red Carpet, Scary-o-kee, Morton Hallograve magic and juggling, Puppet Stuff Aliens, and more surprises.
