Your Little Ones Will Embrace the Arts at Shine Music Summer Camps

Do you have a little one singing through their day? Maybe they find joy in dancing or creating art. If that’s the case, your child will thrive at Shine Music summer camps! These camps help little ones embrace the arts with exciting weekly activities in a safe and friendly environment.

Shine Music camps are located in the historic Cliff Bungalow. Artistic Director Claire Butler is a professional musician and educator with over 25 years of experience working with children. She graduated from the Royal College of Music in London and is currently the music specialist at the Montessori School of Calgary. She enjoys combining art forms to create original music programming for children. Through Shine Music camps, Claire allows young children to express their creativity and develop their unique voice.

Summer Camps

Shine Music summer camps run for 10 weeks over the summer for children aged 3 – 6. They conveniently begin on June 16, 2025, and camp days include music, dance, art, and play. Every day also includes outdoor play, taking advantage of the fields and lovely playground near Cliff Bungalow. The week ends with a performance for family and friends on Friday afternoons.

Each week has a different theme that kids love, too, from classics like Carnival of the Animals and Magic Flute to favourites like Disney and Pete the Cat. Your child can attend camp all summer without getting bored!

Camps run from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, and before care is available for a fee, beginning at 7:45 AM. (Half-day options are also available.) If you have multiple children, you’ll enjoy a sibling discount of 20% for a full week at camp.
