December is right around the corner, and you know what that means? It’s time to bring out the advent calendars! I love advent calendars, and it seems that there is no shortage of options these days. I remember the chocolate ones we had as kids; the chocolate was awful waxy stuff but eating a tiny piece of chocolate before school was pure bliss. Two years ago, I began creating a felt advent calendar for my daughter. I’m a slow crafter (I get distracted easily), so it took me many months to finish making 24 unique felt ornaments for my kids to pull out each day, but I just love seeing how excited they get when they reach in the pocket to pull out a new ornament!
