Shoreline Studios fosters well-rounded actors by helping them build their confidence and find their individuality through classes designed to get to the heart of acting and understand characters.
The Shoreline Studios Fall Programs are ongoing and welcome participants of all levels, whether they’re new to the biz or advanced actors looking to further hone their skill set and expand their toolbox. Students will explore the depths of their imagination and learn empathy to create nuanced characters that live beyond the text. The best part about classes at Shoreline Studios is the extremely small class sizes. Only 4-6 students are accepted into each program, ensuring each child receives personalized support and attention.
The passionate teachers at Shoreline Studios teach the foundations of acting, body & movement, placement of voice, script analysis, on-camera technique, slating, and commercial, sitcom, and dramatic audition techniques. The Fall programs available offer an introduction to acting for those new to the discipline, but there are also more advanced sessions for kids looking to further hone their talents. In each of the Characters classes, students will explore the emotional connection of a scene, further developing not only their acting skill and technique but the empathy necessary for giving genuine performances on stage.
