Solve a mystery, stomp along with the dinosaurs, or blast off with lively summer camps this year. Whether you need a safe place for your kids to go this summer, or you just want to give them a little fun and excitement after a crazy year, Trellis Society has summer day camps both kids and parents will appreciate.
Trellis Society became one of Calgary’s largest social service agencies when the two legacy organizations (Boys & Girls Clubs of Calgary and Aspen Family & Community Network) came together. They are offering summer camps in three locations throughout the city: Bowness, Penbrooke & Renfrew. Every location will offer a weekly summer camp for kids from grade one to grade six and a preschool/kindergarten group. Camps run from Monday to Thursday each week from 9 am to 4:30 pm (with a Friday option at Renfrew & Bowness), and kids will find a fun new theme every week.
The summer camp themes at Trellis Society offer your kids up to eight weeks of stimulating activity, with arts, crafts, games, and more. Would your kids like to travel back in time this summer or travel around the world? They can head to the jungle or under the sea. Maybe they’ll become the next superhero! Whatever they choose, it’s sure to be a great summer, filled with play and imagination.
Trellis Society knows summer camps also need to appeal to parents, and you’ll appreciate their four convenient locations. You’ll also find pre-care (8:00-9:00 am) and post-care (4:30-5:30 pm) available at the Renfrew site every week, with pre-care and post-care available at the Bowness and Penbrooke locations, providing a minimum of seven kids are registered for the week.
Registration is now open for summer camps with the Trellis Society. Get your kids signed up and add some fun to their summer.
