Solve a mystery, fight a crime, and have a summer to remember! Your kids can do all that and more with the YouthLink Calgary Police Interpretive Centre summer camps. Kids ages 6 – 12 years are invited to a week of police-themed experiences, with special guests, tours, activities, and adventures. This summer, your child could be busy learning the ins and outs of the policing world!

Part museum and part learning centre, the YouthLink Calgary Police Interpretive Centre allows kids of all ages to indulge their fascination with police and the law. The Centre helps kids start thinking about issues they will be facing in the world today so they can make good decisions and become responsible citizens. YouthLink also features Alberta’s largest collection of policing artifacts on public display, to showcase Calgary’s proud policing tradition of service and innovation. Plus, they have fascinating programs during school breaks!

Summer camps at YouthLink are even more fun this year, with themed camp weeks, filled with games, crafts, and special activities, plus a visit to Prairie Winds wading pool and visits from the Calgary Police! These camps combine policing, forensics, and fun as they let kids peek into another world. Kids will have an all-access pass to the Police Museum and all exhibits, plus an all-star staff will guide fun team-building games that focus on positive collaboration. They’ll learn about policing scenarios in ways that will build confidence, communication skills, and a positive connection with the police.
