Okay, so the less said about January, the better, in my opinion. Nevertheless, here we are. This is a great month to be positive and get out and enjoy family life. With the kids off school the first week, we’ve included some special events to get out of the house, while still staying warm.


Unboxed Telus Spark (Family Fun Calgary)

TELUS Spark is hosting Unboxed until January 5, 2020, because everyone knows the packaging is the best part! Let your kids unleash their creativity to discover how great cardboard, tape, and bubble wrap can really be as they use their hands and learn new skills to create new masterpieces.

 

 

 


Heritage Park Winter CARnival (Family Fun Calgary)

Head over to Gasoline Alley at Heritage Park for their annual Winter CARnival.
Feeling housebound now that Christmas is over? Looking for a way to refuel and spend quality time with your family? Gather your visiting friends and relatives and head down to Heritage Park for the Winter CARnival at Gasoline Alley Museum! Celebrate some homemade holiday fun! Take part in nostalgic activities that are sure to delight and amuse young and old alike at Heritage Park’s Winter CARnival until January 5, 2020.

 


Ski Deals (Family Fun Calgary)

Heading to the hills? Both WinSport and Norquay have deals on lift tickets on select days this January. Enjoy a day outside without breaking the bank.

 

 

 

 


Home Depot Kids' Workshop (Family Fun Calgary)

Kid-friendly, indoors, and FREE! The Home Depot Kids’ Workshops are a great activity for January. This month it’s happening on January 11 and be sure to register in advance to reserve your spot.

RV Expo (Family Fun Calgary)

Start dreaming of summer when the RV Expo and Sale comes to town from January 30 – February 2, 2020!  Explore possibilities at the BMO Centre with the best of the industry and several major RV sellers in the area.

 

 

 

 


Southland Leisure Centre (Family Fun Calgary)

Warm-up in the hot tub! Village Square Leisure Centre is hosting a dive-in movie on January 10, 2020, and Southland Leisure Centre is hosting one on January 11, 2020.
