The town of Chestnut Hill is reborn as Hogsmeade, October 21 and 22, 2016 for the Harry Potter Festival!
The weekend is prefaced by a Harry Potter Conference at the Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, if you are so inclined. There will be a pub crawl on the 21st for the older Potter fans (tickets go on sale Sept. 28th) and even the transportation authority is getting on-board, with one of the SEPTA trains being converted into the Hogwarts Express! Then there’s the Quidditch Tournament, and we haven’t even gotten to the Defense Against the Dark Arts classes, the Sorting Hat Demonstrations, rides on the Knight Bus, or the kid friendly fun at Jenks Academy of Witchcraft & Wizardry!
