Sail-In Cinema | A Free Movie Event for Both Sailors and Land Lovers

Sail in cinema 2017

If you are in the Toronto area this summer you may want to check out their annual Sail-in Cinema movie festival being held in August (Aug 17-19, 2017)  at Sugar Beach.

While Sail-In Cinema is a free event, there is limited seating on the landside and entry is subject to availability of space. Boat mooring will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Non-stop activities, food and entertainment will be offered by event sponsors prior to the start of each night’s feature film to provide a full evening of fun for all ages. Gates will open at 6:00 p.m. each night with the film starting at approximately 8:00 p.m.

Sail-in Cinema Screenings

This year’s Sail-in Cinema will play host to unlikely heroes, swashbuckling adventure, and fairytale romance on a four-story, two-sided, floating screen anchored in Lake Ontario.
