Community LEGO® Build with Saskatoon Public Library | July 4-25, 2026
Your family can leave your mark on an art project for the new central library. This new collaborative community project invites residents of all ages to enjoy a hands-on experience building individual LEGO® mosaic tiles to form a stunning community-built art piece titled Where We Grow. Events continue across Saskatoon libraires in July.

Mommy Connections is hosting a free community Picnic in the Park at John Lake Park. Bring your family and friends, but don’t forget to RSVP! Kids of all ages are welcome.

Young Naturalists Events are a wonderful way for your kids to get out and explore nature. Most of them are free events! This summer, they have a Butterfly Fieldtrip scheduled for July and August.
2026 Saskatoon Fringe Festival | July 30 – August 8, 2026
Check out the Fringe Festival just off Broadway. For the price of tipping a well-deserving street performer, you and your family can enjoy theatre, dancing, crafts, performances, and more at this family-friendly festival. They do have indoor Fringe shows you can pay for but events held outside are free fun for all.

Walk, ride, roll, or stroll the Meewasin Valley Trail. Get your fresh air and exercise and enjoy the sights of our beautiful city on miles and miles of trail that run through the heart of the city and beyond. You can also branch a little further out and head to Cranberry Flats or Beaver Creek to explore the natural habitat surrounding our great city.
