Did anyone catch the series premier of Justin Time on Sunday? My kids missed it but since they slept in late I am not shedding too many tears! We got to preview the show a little while ago and it’s a cute cartoon about a boy name Justin and his friends Olive & Squidgy who use their amazing imaginations to take them on amazing adventures! You can catch it again every weekend at 8:30am, 3:30pm and 8:30pm ET. For more details about the show, visit www.disneyjunior.ca/en/shows/justin-time

And finally, it’s Pirate Week! Starting today until Friday Disney Junior sails the high seas with swashbuckling episodes of Jake and the Neverland Pirates marking Pirate Week. This includes a new 45-minute Jake & the Never Land Pirates special episode airing on Friday, September 21 at 5:10 pm. My kids love Jake and spent part of our last camping trip in the trailer using the top bunk as their pirate ship, then searching the woods for treasure with a map they drew. I love that they use something they see on Disney Jr as a springboard for their own play and creativity!
